The Eheim 2213 is the model for their Classic 250 canister filter. It is the second of 5 filters in the Classic range as is suitable for aquariums between 80 and 250 liters (21 to 66 gallons) in size. It has a filter volume of 3 liters, a container volume of 3.5 liters and a total pumping power of 400 liters per hour.
The container is 35.5 cm x 16 cm x 18 cm in size (approx. 14 x 6 x 7 inches). It is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. One great things about the Eheim 2213 is that it only requires 8 Watts of electricity in order to run – helping you to save on your electricity bill!
The Classic 250 normally comes with a filter basket, 1 course filter, 1 fine filter and 1 activated carbon pad. It also includes a spray bar, inlet pipe, hose and installation instructions. There is also a silicon sealing ring attached to the pump head to make it easier to close after cleaning.

Sold by Eheim, this is a replacement pump head for the 2213 model (canister filter Classic 250). The package includes the complete motor pump head (the motor and cover). This is perfect if you need a replacement Eheim 2213 motor pump but the rest of your filter is working smoothly. However, it does not include the impeller parts or ring.
